PalmSHIELD’s Aria Economical horizontal louvers is our most affordable, cleanest and simplest design for louvered mechanical equipment screens. Aria is our economical version of our horizontal louver series for the most budget minded projects that requires to look of an industrial louver product. Providing a 100% direct visual screen system and exceeding 60% openness, each louver is field assembled into a precision slot in the posts. Aria Economical horizontal louvered mechanical screen fencing is designed for panel widths up to 72″ on center. Each precision cut slot has an opposing slot that is 1.5o opposite one another. This causes the louver to slightly tension itself in the slots to avoid any rattling in the wind. For panel widths over 48″ a vertical support of 1/8″ x 1″ flat bar is center mounted to improve wind load and security. Our systems are engineered to meet all the UBC and IBC standards for wind loading. Like all of our PalmSHIELD architectural screen fencing products, Aria Economical horizontal louvers are media blasted and powder coated, providing the best in the industry durable coatings. Aria Economical is available in all of our standard colors and any customer requested color. Aria Economical horizontal louvers continue in the tradition of providing outstanding structural slide and swing gates with fully welded structural tube framework. Only PalmSHIELD provides this unique locking system matching the highest quality industrial door and security hardware which is internal and re-keyable. PalmSHIELD Aria louvers are shop fabricated to be field assembled. Installers will slide pre-cut louvers into each bay, assembling most bays in under ten minutes. All of our gate hardware is fully assembled and installed prior to shipping.
