ACCESS CONTROL

INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL GATE AUTOMATION
Gate automation uses gate operators and access control to control who has access to your property. Automation can be applied to any of our industrial, ornamental, or architectural gates. America’s Gate Company specializes in access control systems can be utilized for residential, commercial, and industrial properties and can come equipped with accessories to add extra security.

TRANSMITTERS & RADIO RECEIVERS
Just like your garage door opener, this device can be located on your car’s visor. Simply push the transmitter button and a radio frequency code is sent to the transmitter to open the gate.

Programmable transmitters exit which can integrate with a controller, that allows you to provide an individual code to each transmitter in order to track usage and manage, time zones.

Newer cars and cellphones have the capacity for “Homelink” app which takes the place of the independent transmitters. The benefit of this is that it can integrate both your gate operator and garage door opener in one application.

KEY PADS
With the use of a four or three digit code, you can operate your gate remotely from a weather-tight enclosed keypad. These systems are available with a lighted background and intercom features.

Keypads can be either standalone or programmable.  Standalone keypads are programmed at the keypad and have very limited users and capabilities.  Programmable keypads are linked to a controller and your computer.  Programmable units are available with an almost unlimited number of users.


CARD AND PROXIMITY READERS
These readers incorporate a card reader to open and close your gate, similar to swiping your credit card at the supermarket. If the card is accepted, the reader will send a message to the gate to open or close.

A more user-friendly type option is the proximity reader.  The card is not swiped but simply waved in front of the reader.  In this event, the card or the reader is less likely to wear and fail to read over time.  Proximity readers also utilize key fobs which may be attached to a key chain and are about the size of pocket watch.  Newer readers provide greater range and flexibility where you can simply place a card up against your front windshield and drive slowly past the reader head, allowing the reader to read the card and access the site.

The industrial gates, as designed, fabricated, and installed by America’s Gate Company, ranks with the most efficient and dependable access control methods on the market. Together with our swing gates, they are built with high-use, large openings and security in mind. Put together for maximum strength and structural reliability, these barriers operate smoothly and withstand wind loads. Combined with good access control devices, they are unrivaled in processing vehicular traffic and keeping out intruders. To date, we have successfully built both swing and slide gates for openings greater than 100′.

For openings of any length, America’s Gate Company is ready to design, engineer and build your industrial swing gate. Our double drive swing gates utilize aluminum square profiles in the construction of our gate frames. Aluminum being stronger than steel pound for pound is a great choice.

All of our industrial double drive swing gates use a stainless steel diagonal truss system.  Careful consideration is given to the design of our truss systems to assure maximum support for very large openings. Our bolt on hinge design or bolt through barrel hinges are both designed for continuous duty and years of service. Both gate leafs include bolt-on large padlock-able drop rod assemblies. Our industrial double drive swing gates are available with and without barbwire.

Pedestrian industrial swing gates are available with a wide variety of options. These gates are a great addition to a high security or high traffic installation that requires a standalone pedestrian access. All of our industrial pedestrian gates are manufactured from square aluminum profiles and come with a wide array of infill options. Our industrial pedestrian gates come with or without a welded jamb. Incorporating a welded jamb better supports panic hardware, keyable door locks and automatic closures.
