Full Air Foil Louver Panels. PalmSHIELD full air foil panel system incorporates our continuous 4” x 1” foam filled foils diagonally placed and slightly overlapped to provide limited visibility, noise absorption and proper air flow. When real air flow is necessary to allow mechanical equipment to breath this is an excellent choice as you still achieve noise reduction. Foil design may be modified to increase air flow.

Fixed Louver Bars: 0.1250 inch thick louver with an installed profile of 2 inch X 2.873 inch tall.
Vertical Framework: PalmSHIELD exclusive 4” wide x 2” deep x 1/8” tapered channel.
Horizontal Top Cap: 4” x 3” x 1/8” channel.
Horizontal Bottom Cap: 4 inch x 3 inch x 1/8” channel.
Cross Bar: 1 inch x 1/8 inch flat bar.
Fence Posts. PalmSHIELD exclusive 4 inch deep x 3” wide I-Beam Post.
Fittings and accessories: All fittings and accessories shall be stainless steel and sized as specified by the manufacturer.
*Custom colors that CANNOT be matched to “RAL” and that will need to be custom made, come with their own lead times from our vendor. Prices will increase depending on the type of color and bonding needed to achieve the requested color.
The test were conducted according to ASTM E90-09 (Reapproved 2016), “Standard Test Method for Laboratory Measurement of Airborne Sound Transmission of Building Partitions and Elements.” Detailed test procedures, data for flanking limit test, repeatability measurements and reference specimen tests are available on request.
