How are LED Backlit screens made?
As we mentioned earlier, all PalmSHIELD products are custom-made from top to bottom. This includes the design for our LED Backlit panels. One of the great things about these barriers is they display logos, images of mascots, and any other design you want. These images are carved (pristinely) through the screens’ faces via first-rate laser technology. Behind the surface—and visible through the carved-in design—is an acrylic sheet, and behind that the eponymous LEDs. The light shines through the acrylic and, when projected through the laser-cut holes in the aluminum panel face, produces an attractive image-based display.
